Outstanding Customer Service. Place to go any time I need a car.
Received a vehicle with expired licence plate. I was given 10% off coupon to make up for it. Dint get Pick up this time even though my house is just 3 miles away. No way to use this coupon at other Enterprise locations as well. Do check vehicles and services at this place during your reservation.
Everyone was courteous and the process was quick. I definitely will be back.
If I have one qualm about enterprise is that you guys should go back to the service where every vehicle has a full tank of gas upon pickup of rental. The last thing any customer wants to do is to have to put gas in a vehicle they just picked up. It's should be full tank leaving the property and full tank upon return it can't get any simpler than that

The staff at enterprise is always helpful and professional I have been a customer for over 8 years and that's the reason why I keep coming back.
Although the people were very nice, and very helpful, both times we've rented from this location there has been quite a delay in getting a car once we arrive onsite. Even when you make a reservation, they give out cars, even to walk-ins I believe, and so run out of inventory, as they did when we were there recently. My husband had to go in a van to another location, about 20 minutes away to get a car. We did get a nice upgrade, and did appreciate the nice people who work there.
